In this revisional application a report has been submitted by the Investigating Officer of ARS/DD in connection with South Port Police Station Case No. 101 dated 25.06.2022. At the conclusion of the said report, it has been stated that nothing incriminating information could be found against the present petitioner and as such, he has been discharged from the case.

Let the said report be kept on record.

In view of the report so submitted, I am of the opinion that the purpose for which the present revisional application was filed has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4138 of 2022 is disposed of as infructuous.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
