1. Affidavit of service as filed today on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. This writ petition is premature. The petitioner has made a representation before the respondent no.3 on October 22, 2025 and the writ petition alleging inaction in dealing with the same has been filed on October 29, 2025.

3. In such view of the matter, no mandatory order can be passed in this said writ petition. WPA 24691 of 2025 stands disposed of with the above observations.

4. However, the respondent no.3 shall be free to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated October 22, 2025 strictly, in accordance with law.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Om Narayan Rai, J.)
