Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner complains that complaints lodged by him have not been acted upon by the police authority. It appears from the report submitted by the State that the complaints lodged by the petitioner have been registered as FIR and investigation is in progress. In view of the above, no fruitful purpose shall be served in keeping the writ petition pending. The same is accordingly disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
