1. Review applicant seeks review of the judgment and order dated August 30, 2024.

2. Review applicant appears in person.

3. According to the review applicant, he wants certain submissions to be recorded in the judgment and order under review. He submits that recording is necessary for the purpose to enable him to prefer a Special Leave Petition against the judgment and order under review.

4. Review jurisdiction can be invoked for the purpose of correcting any error appearing on the face of the record. It is the not the case of the review applicant that, there is any error on the face of the

record in the judgment and order under review. It is not his case that the submissions allegedly not recorded would alter the outcome of the appeal. However, the review applicant seeks certain submissions which he allegedly made should be recorded in order to allow him to prefer a Special Leave Petition.

5. We are not minded to enter into such an arena by way of a review. No error is apparent on the face of the record. At least our attention is not drawn to any.

6. Memorandum of Review being RVW 312 of 2024 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
