1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and the nature and extent of involvement of the petitioners in the commission of alleged offence and also having regard to the statement of the victim in which the injured has directly implicated the petitioners and there appears to be fractures sustained by the injured apart from the other physical assault, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Soumen Sen, J.) (Uday Kumar, J.)
