The grievance of the petitioner relates to a piece of property, wherein, the petitioner was disturbed by the private respondents in respect of Plot No.

1834/2054 measuring .12 decimals of land under Khatian No. 776/2, J.L. No. 017, Mouza- Dakshin Bhebia, P.S. Hasnabad,

District- North 24 Parganas.

I have considered the grievance of the petitioner and, I am of the view that as more than 13 years have passed since the initiation of the writ petition, the petitioner is entitled to remedies under the appropriate forum of law, as such, there is no scope for invoking the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21039 of 2010 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is also dismissed.
