The preliminary joint inspection report signed by the official respondents on 12th March, 2025 filed in Court today is taken on record. A copy of the same has been served upon the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

It appears that there are several documents which are required to be submitted from the end of the petitioner.

It will be open for the petitioner to submit the documents. The Director of Industries shall take necessary steps in the matter for issuance of the Registration Certificate Part-II.

If the petitioner is found eligible to receive the incentive as claimed, the same shall be disbursed in favour of the petitioner.

In the event the petitioner is found ineligible to receive the incentive under the West Bengal State Support for Industries Scheme, 2013, the reason(s) therefor shall be made known to the petitioner. 6.

An opportunity of hearing shall be provided to the petitioner at the time of consideration of the claim of the petitioner for grant of incentive. 7.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
