Considering the relief prayed for service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the learned trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the suit pending for the last seven years preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order.

Civil revision 3620 of 2024 stands disposed of.
