The petitioner filed this application praying for quashing of FIR no.133 dated 01.09.2010 corresponding to charge sheet no.148 of 2010 under Section 341/323 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah. This is a long pending matter, of the year 2011 and on an earlier date fixed in this case learned advocate for the petitioner had sought accommodation. Thereafter, the petitioner has taken no steps for hearing of this application.
