The petitioner participated in the Selection Process 2016 for appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher in Upper Primary Level of Schools.

The petitioner is alleging that he was not called on for Personality Test though his professional and academic qualification is 46 out of 50.

Patra, learned counsel for the Commission, files a report of his client in the form of affidavit, let it be kept with the record. It appears from the said report that the last candidate in the category of the petitioner who was called for Personality Test had scored 79.4667.

That being the position, the petitioner was rightly not called for the Personality Test.

WPA 24772 of 2022 is dismissed without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
