Petitioners filed an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of proceeding in Sessions Trial No.125 of 2010 pending before Learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Fast Track Court at Uluberia, Howrah arising out of Uluberia Police Station Case No.628 of 2008 under Sections 363/ 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 367 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not want to proceed further with this revisional application and necessary order may be passed. Considered the submissions.

The revisional application is dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no interim order of stay in connection with the case after 30.04.2012.
