Learned Magistrate will exercise his power in accordance with law so far as the provision of Section 143A of the Negotiable

Instruments Act is concerned. Dates for the purposes of the proceedings relating to Section 143A of the Negotiable Instruments Act or its execution and for the main case of the provisions under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act be segregated. The learned Magistrate in each of the complaint case would fix a date once in a fortnight so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. No unnecessary adjournment be granted to either of the parties and it is reiterated that in spite of any resolution of the local bar, the learned trial court would proceed with the trial and the learned advocates so appearing would participate in the trial.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional applications being CRR 54 of 2024, CRR 4021 of 2023, CRR 4026 of 2023, CRR 4030 of 2023, CRR 4031 of 2023, CRR 4032 of 2023, CRR 4034 of 2023 and CRR 4036 of 2023 are disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
