The records of the writ petition reflect that on 11.11.2010 when the writ petition was listed, an adjournment was prayed for on behalf of the petitioner.

I have considered the grievances of the petitioner regarding the complaint lodged against the respondents i.e., the Superintendent of Police, Nadia, Inspector in charge of Ranaghat Police Station and the Officer in charge of Cooper's Outpost, Cooper's Camp, Ranaghat, Nadia.

The said representation/complaint was lodged on 17.08.2010.

Having considered the period of

time which has elapsed, in the meantime, I am of the view that the prayer so advanced, at this belated stage, do not call for any interference.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21059 of 2010 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is also dismissed.
