The present writ petition of the year 2010 has been preferred by the petitioner praying for declaring that the Sections 30 and 31 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 as ultra vires to the Constitution of India and recall and set aside the judgment and order dated 07.07.2010 passed by the learned Armed Forces Tribunal, Kolkata Bench in Original Application no.3 of 2010.

There is no representation on behalf of either side since the date of listing.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. WPA 21071 of 2010 is accordingly disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
