The present writ petition has been filed, inter alia, complaining inaction on the part of the Municipal Authorities to consider the petitioners'

representation dated 9th October, 2025.

Considering the fact that the above writ petition has been filed within twenty days from the date of making such representation, I am of the view that at this stage it shall not be prudent to pass any mandatory order against the municipality without waiting for some more time.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

4.

Dismissal of the aforesaid writ petition shall not stand in the way of the Municipal Authority to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.
