1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier in April, 2024 on merits. Delay in the matter is due to abscondence of the petitioner for more than two years. He has criminal antecedents. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

3. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
