The petitioner claims to be the recorded owner of 3 decimals of land in R. S. Plot No. 522 Khatinan No. 2374, Mouza Mira out of the entire 9 decimals of land therein. Though the land of the petitioner was not initially included in the acquisition proceedings initiated by the Government, the petitioner's land was subsequently acquired along with structure standing thereon and possession was taken. No compensation was granted to the petitioner for the same.

The petitioner intends to submit a representation before the concerned authority ventilating her grievance and prays for a direction upon the authority to consider the

representation at the earliest and pay adequate compensation to her.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that the 4th respondent be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation ventilating her grievance before the 4th respondent within a fortnight from date. The 4th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation within two months from the date of receipt thereof upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the interested persons including the petitioner, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof.

The writ petition is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the

parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
