Mr. Maji, learned advocate for the petitioners undertake to pay the deficit Court fees in course of this week. The petitioners are confirmed Assistant Teachers of different primary schools under different District Primary School Councils; their prayer for mutual transfer is pending consideration before the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. The representation of the petitioner to the said effect forms part of the writ petition being Annexure - 'P7'.

The Secretary of the Board, the respondent no. 4 herein is directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. W.P.A. 25163 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

No affidavit since has been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
