The petitioner has filed the present writ application challenging the tender notice for e-auction dated 22.09.2023 but in the meantime the respondents have already issued the work order in favour of the petitioner till 28.09.2025 but the petitioner is still continuing with the said work.

This Court finds that the grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition being WPA 24260 of 2023 is disposed of along with all connected applications.
