Learned advocate for the petitioners has prayed for relaxation of the conditions of bail which was granted on 02.12.2024. The condition which is creating hardship for the petitioners is relating to the petitioners staying within the jurisdiction of the local police station and for reporting to the Officer-in-Charge/Inspector-in-Charge of the said police station once in a week. So far as the condition which relates to meeting with the OC-IC of the said police station is concerned the same is modified to once in a month.

So far as the conditions relating to remain within the jurisdiction is concerned the same is modified to the extent that the petitioners would stay within the jurisdiction of district Murshidabad and if they intend to leave the district they would seek permission of the learned Special Court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
