No. 275 of 2022 is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lalbagh, Murshidabad, the private respondents in violation of the order of status quo passed thereunder are effecting construction.

The Civil Court has not directed the concerned Police Station to enforce any orders. The petitioner may obtain such direction from the Civil Court.

In the meantime, the Nabagram Police Station, Murshidabad shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area and strictly comply with any order that may be passed by the Civil Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
