Sharma, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/applicant in this application, namely, Md. Shorab @ Mokta Raju submits that the applicant has complied with all the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 10th December, 2019 passed in CRM No.11507 of 2019, till date. He has also surrendered before the learned court below and obtained regular bail. In respect of coaccused persons, similarly situated with the applicant, the conditions of anticipatory bail had already been relaxed by an order dated 13th March, 2020 passed in CRM No.11507 of 2019. In the said conspectus, he prays for relaxation of the conditions in respect of the applicant.

Mrs. Roy learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the

petitioner's prayer placing reliance upon a report filed by a SubInspector of Police. Let the same be kept on record. We have considered the materials on record including the report as filed today. We find that the conditions of anticipatory bail in respect of co-accused persons, similarly situated with the applicant, had been relaxed by an order dated 13th March, 2020 passed in CRM No.11507 of 2019.

In view thereof, the conditions of anticipatory bail, as incorporated in the order dated 10th December, 2019 passed in CRM No.11507 of 2019 to the effect that the applicant shall not to enter the jurisdiction of Shibpur police station and shall report to the officer-incharge of the concerned police station within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing, i.e., Garden Reach Police Station once in a week, are waived. However, the petitioner shall meet with the officer-incharge of Shibpur police station once in a fortnight until further orders.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

The application being CRAN No.2 of 2020 (Old No.4012 of 2020) is, accordingly, disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Subhasis Dasgupta, J.) (Tapabrata Chakraborty, J.)
