Two persons suffered grievous hurt in the incident. Apparently, there is a counter police complaint also. In view of the nature of the injuries suffered by the victim in the present police complaint and the complicit of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 5241 of 2022 is dismissed.
