The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of case being no. C-44 of 2022 pending before the ld. JM, 4th Court, Barrackpore.

The records of the case reflect that examination under section 251 of the cr.p.c. has been completed and dates have been fixed for evidence of the prosecution witnesses.

In view of the case being filed in the year 2022, the ld. Magistrate would fix one date in every three months so that the prosecution's proceedings are completed within a reasonable period of time. No unnecessary adjournment be granted to either of the parties. All efforts be taken to conclude the trial of the case at the earliest. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4027 of 2023 is disposed of.
