We have considered the materials on record.

Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this Court in July, 2023 on merits. There is no change in circumstances since then.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
