P.S. Case No. 532 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024 has been registered for investigation, as such, the police authorities have responded to the information submitted by the present petitioner and regarding the alleged misdeeds complained of by the private-respondents.

In view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed.

If the Inspector-in-charge of the jurisdictional police station is of the opinion that there is a possibility of breach of any peace and tranquility, he would take all possible steps for preventing any untoward incident happening.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 25303 of 2024 is disposed of.

the record. Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
