We are told that during the last schedule fixed by the learned Trial Court, no witness could be produced by the prosecution. Therefore, there has been no progress in the trial. 2.

Learned State Advocate fairly tells us that there is no adverse report in so far as the petitioner is concerned. It appears that he has been complying with the conditions of interim bail. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, we are inclined to confirm the interim bail on the same terms and conditions on which interim bail was granted and we do so.

CRM (NDPS) 1642 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of. 5.
