Mr. Hafizur Rahaman ... for the Petitioners. The petitioners allege that the authorities of the Basanti Police Station have failed and neglected to implement the order of status quo passed in Title Suit No. 150 of 2018. It appears that the petitioners also approached the learned Civil Court for appropriate direction upon the Officer-In-Charge, Basanti Police Station, to implement the order of status quo.

The matter is an old one and the petitioners are not aware of the latest position with regard to the application for police help, which was filed in the Title Suit.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Officer-In-Charge, Basanti Police Station, to ensure that the order of status quo is implemented provided that the order of status quo continues to survive and the application for police help has not been rejected, as yet.

This Court does not make any observations with regard to the allegation of violation of the order of status quo. Such issue shall be decided by the

learned civil court, in case the petitioner files any application to that effect.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
