Learned counsel for the State has submitted the case diary from wherein it appears that though charge sheet in the present case has been submitted in respect of other accused persons, the present petitioner has been discharged from this case. It is further submitted that the trial in the present case is also proceeding before the trial court.

As the petitioner has not been charge sheeted thus discharged, the present revision along with connected application has now become infructuous and is accordingly, disposed of as 'infructuous'.
