CRAN 1 of 2024 has been filed indicating that the disputes and differences, which constitute the subject matter of a proceeding being G.R. Case No. 893 of 2023 arising out of Liluah Police Station Case No. 72 of 2023 dated 22.02.2023 under Sections 406/420 of the IPC, have been amicably settled.

Hence, the G.R. Case No. 893 of 2023 arising out of Liluah Police Station Case No. 72 of 2023 dated 22.02.2023 under Sections 406/420 of the IPC shall stand quashed and set aside.

Hence, CRAN 1 of 2024 shall stand allowed and disposed of.

In view of the above, CRR 4033 of 2023 shall also stand disposed of.

The parties shall act in furtherance of the compromise in accordance with law.

A copy of the CRAN has been served on the learned counsel for the State.

7.

This Court deprecates the practice of not notifying the State in the matter listed out of turn before this Court.
