However, the State respondents and West Bengal Central School Service Commission are represented by the learned advocates.

It has been submitted jointly on behalf of the State respondents and the Commission that the issue involved in this writ petition relates to appointment in the post of non-teaching staff in Government aided High Schools based on 3rd Regional Level Selection Test for recruitment of non-teaching staff, 2016. It has been also submitted that entire selection process has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of the fact that the entire selection process has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no order can be

passed on this writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed, without any order as to costs.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, if situation permits in future.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
