Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his complaint with the Officer-in-Charge, Pursurah Police Station dated 24.09.2024 has not been acted upon. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State has submitted a report which reflects that Pursurah Police Station Case No. 307/2024 dated 16.10.2024 has already been registered for investigation.

Having considered the nature of allegations made in the complaint and the case which has been registered by the Police authorities, I am of the view that the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed. Accordingly, the Police authorities would take the investigation to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 25281 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned Advocate for the petitioner.
