The petitioners have prayed for release of 20 years/ 2nd CAS benefit from the employer NBSTC. They have made representation on 1st December, 2022. 2.

The Managing Director, NBSTC shall consider the petitioners' representation in accordance with law after giving the petitioners a reasonable opportunity of hearing and pass a reasoned order within a period of two months from date.

If the petitioners are entitled to the benefits claimed, the same may be released within a period of one month thereafter.

The Managing Director shall bear in mind that the respondent No. 4 has already been given the said benefits being claimed by the petitioners.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
