Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioners are in possession and there has been no dispute regarding the said shop-room which is the subject matter in this writ petition. Petitioners complain that there is a padlock affixed in the shop-room. In case, there is a padlock affixed and the shop-room belongs to the petitioners which they have been running and there is a trade licence to that effect, petitioners will open/break open the padlock and enter into the shop-room.

If there is any disturbance when the petitioners open the shop-room, then in that case the police authorities will take appropriate legal action against delinquents. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition being WPA 25296 of 2024 is disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
