1. Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 11th October, 2023.

2. In the fourth line of fourth paragraph of order dated 11th October, 2023, the words 'to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Malda' be read as 'to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uttar Dinajpur at Raiganj'.

3. Other portions of the order shall remain the same.
