For the Petitioners The petitioners have assailed the order passed by thelearned Judge, Special Court under the NDPS Act cum Additional District Judge, 5th Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad on 30th August, 2024 whereby the learned Judge has issued warrant of arrest against them due to their absence before the Court without steps. It appears that the petitioners were granted interim bail by the learned Judge vide order passed on 21st October, 2009. The petitioners failed to appear before the learned Judge on 30th August, 2024 for which warrant of arrest was issued against them. The petitioners undertake to surrender before the learned Judge within 7 days from date.

In the event the petitioners surrender before the learned Judge, Special Court within 7 days from date, they shall be allowed to remain on the same bond. If the petitioners fail to surrender within the stipulated time frame, learned Special Court shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioners, in accordance with law.

Warrant of arrest issued against the petitioners be stayed till 19th November, 2024.

The revisional application is disposed of.
