The present revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 23.07.2015 passed by the learned Trial Court in connection with O.S. No. 31/2014.

It is submitted at the behest of the petitioner that the O.S. No. 31/2014 has already been decided/disposed of by the learned Trial Court and as such there is no justification to keep this revisional application pending.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/3557/2015 is hereby dismissed as infructuous due to disposal of the O.S. No. 31/2014 by the Trial Court. (Prasenjit Biswas, J.)
