Pursuant to the order dated 17th November, 2025, the respondent/Municipality has submitted a reasoned order dated 22nd November, 2025. A copy of the same is kept with the records.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondent authority that in compliance with the order dated 27th August, 2025 passed in WPA 18192 of 2025 (Sumi Dey Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.), the respondent/Municipality has passed a final order considering

the representation of the petitioner. This submission is disputed on behalf of the petitioner who submits that there has been no lawful consideration of the representation. In view of the compliance of the order dated 27th August, 2025, nothing survives in the petition. CPAN 1697 of 2025 in WPA 18192 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take necessary steps in accordance with law, if so advised, to challenge the response dated 22nd November, 2025 disposing of the subject representation.
