The petitioner has prayed for release of 20 years/ 2nd CAS benefit from the employer NBSTC. He has made a representation on 1st December, 2022.

The Managing Director, NBSTC shall consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law after giving the petitioner a reasonable opportunity of hearing and pass a reasoned order within a period of two months from date.

If the petitioner is entitled to the benefits claimed, the same may be released within a period of one month thereafter.

4.

The Managing Director shall bear in mind that the respondent No. 4 has already been given the said benefits being claimed by the petitioner.

5.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
