Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner alleges that the private respondents are obstructing him in raising a boundary wall in his property. They have also assaulted him and threatened him with dire consequences.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature. Pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, General Diary has been lodged.

It appears that the petitioner has approached the civil court and has been favoured with an order of adinterim injunction restraining the private respondents from causing any disturbance or interference with the property purchased by him. Since the petitioner alleges violation of the said order by the private respondents, he is

at liberty to approach the learned trial Court for redressal of his grievance.

In the meantime, the police shall continue surveillance in the locality in order to ensure that no untoward incident occurs and peace and tranquility are maintained. The police shall render necessary assistance to the petitioner as and when sought.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
