Therefore, I direct the President of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to take interview of the candidates and to take steps for their

recommendation and if any appointment is given, it will abide by the result of the appeal being FMA 948 of 2023 which is pending before the Division Bench. Learned advocate for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education vehemently resisted this and has filed affidavit-in-opposition.

However, this matter does not require any consideration of affidavit-in-opposition because the facts are straight and simple.

The writ petitions being WPA 24856 of 2022 and WPA 24840 of 2022 are disposed of.
