Learned counsel for the Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal submits that an order dated 30th January, 2025 has been passed in so far as the petitioner is concerned and the same is taken on record.

A copy of the order dated 30th January, 2025 has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In these circumstances, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.
