For the State Mr. Avijit Kumar Auddya, learned counsel representing the petitoner Jogomaya Sardar submits that the petitioner being the sole accused before the trial Court died on 17th October, 2020. With the death of the petitioner the proceeding before the learned trial Court qua the petitoner bhas abeted .

Thus, the present petition merits under further consideration and is disposed of.
