Mr. Baidya, learned advocate representing the petitioner, has pointed out that a typographical error has been inadvertently crept in the order dated 6th May, 2025. In the fourth line of the sixth paragraph at internal page no. 2 of the order dated 6.5.2025, the words "Block Development Officer, Basanti Panchayat" have been erroneously recorded in place and instead of the words "Block Development Officer, Basanti".

Error is merely typographical and ministerial in nature. Office is directed to take necessary steps accordingly.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same.

This order shall be read conjointly along with the order dated 6th May, 2025.

The competent authority shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order as well as the order dated 6th May, 2025, passed in this writ petition, without insisting upon production of certified copies of the said orders by the petitioner.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
