The Report submitted by the S.I. of Ballygunge Police Station, through the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, South 24 Parganas, Alipore dated 20.06.2023 stating that the petitioner i.e. Suresh Kumar Agarwal has expired on 25.10.2015 supported by a photocopy of the death certificate. The said report be kept on record. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application and connected application have become infructuous and disposed of accordingly.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for necessary information.
