Petitioner Mr. Siddhartha Sarkar Mr. Hirak Roy Mr. Prasad Bhattacharya Mr. Sandip Dutta ...for the petitioner The learned advocate for the petitioner prays for expediting the proceeding being CN/ 1598 of 2022 pending before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 11th Court, Kolkata. At this stage, the case is pending for evidence before charge. The learned trial court would fix regular dates so that the evidence before charge of the complainant be completed by 31st December, 2024.

Thereafter, the learned trial court would fix date for other witnesses. If other witnesses are not tendered, the learned trial court would consider the issue relating to charges. All stakeholders are directed to cooperate with the learned trial court.

All efforts be taken to conclude the case at the earliest. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4039 of 2023 is disposed of.
