It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner there was a love affair between the parties. They got married. Thereafter, victimhousewife committed suicide due to pressure from parents. He prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner married the minor out of love. Subsequently, she was tortured at the matrimonial home and committed suicide within six months of marriage.

In view of the aforesaid materials and as date has been fixed for consideration of charge, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
