Mr. Sudip Ghosh Chowdhury Ms. Shreyeta Mitra ...for the Petitioner Mr. Malay Singh Mr. Debabrata Mondal ...for the State Mr. Sunit Kumar Roy ...for W.B.C.S.S.C Ms. Koyeli Bhattacharyya Ms. Keya Panja Mr. Bibek Dutta ...for W.B.B.S.E Pursuant to the order dated 2nd December, 2024, District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Purulia being respondent no.4 has filed a report enclosing medical report dated 19th December, 2024 signed by three members of the Medical Board and Chairman and Medical Superintendent-cum-Vice Principal, Deben Mahata Government Medical College and Hospital, Purulia. From the medical report dated 19th December, 2024 which is enclosed to the report, it appears that the Medical Board has opined considering the ailment of the petitioner long term treatment is required. The report of respondent no.4 enclosing medical report is taken on record.
Since petitioner has applied for transfer on Utsashree portal on 30th December, 2021 and the application is lying with the respondent no.4, respondent no.4 is directed to forward the transfer application of the petitioner in offline mode along with medical report dated
19th December, 2024 to the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission being respondent no.3 by fortnight from the date of communication of this order.
On receipt of transfer application along with medical report, respondent no.3 is directed to decide the transfer application by six (6) weeks thereafter. The decision to be taken by respondent no.3 shall be communicated to the petitioner by ten (10) days thereafter.
It is made clear that suspension of portal shall not be a ground to reject transfer application of the petitioner.
With the above directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
