The petitioner is working as an Assistant Teacher at Lakhuria J N G High School, Mongalkote, District- Purba Bardhaman, he is praying mutual transfer with respondent no. 7, who is working as an Assistant Teacher at Singimari High School, Rampur, District- Cooch Behar.

Their applications for such mutual transfer are pending consideration before the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, the respondent no. 3 herein.

The said respondent is directed to consider and dispose the prayer of the petitioner and the respondent no.7 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order, after giving them an opportunity of hearing.

W.P.A. 24302 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
