2. We called for a report as to the health condition of the petitioner by our order dated February 26, 2025.

3. Report submitted in Court be taken on record.

4. Report does not state that the ailments suffered by the petitioner are such that, they cannot be treated in the correctional home facility.

5. Petitioner stands implicated in murder.

6. Trial is in progress.

7. Prayer for bail was primarily founded on health condition of the petitioner which we do not find to be convincing.

8. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

9. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

10. CRM (DB) 3495 of 2024 is dismissed.
